Our investment banking division provides a range of financial advisory and capital markets services delivering value to corporate clients through an integrated investment banking approach.

Advice and services on equity and debt capital markets (ECM and DCM), private capital markets (PCM), retail capital markets (RCM), debt advisory, private and public mergers & acquisitions (M&A), investor relations, private equity and corporate broking. Sector specialists focused on long–term franchise development. Our sector teams provide integrated financial advisory and capital markets services as well as sector coverage. Each team is exclusively focused on their chosen area.

It means they are better informed and able to give the best strategic advice. We do not set revenue targets for individuals or teams. It eliminates any need to focus on short-term revenue opportunities and encourages long-term franchise development built around the concept of relevant corporate clients.

Product teams

Working alongside our sector specialist teams, Corporate Broking supports our retained corporate clients by providing timely institutional feedback and sentiment as well as broader market intelligence.

The debt platform provides clients with another route to accessing capital.

Our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team is devoted to ensuring the success of our equity capital-raising mandates, across all sectors. ECM is a key part of any Corporate client relationship.

Our Private Equity coverage team is pro-actively engaged in the coverage of Financial Sponsors and Private Equity firms across a broad range of Peel Hunt’s sectors, products and services.

Our Investor Relations team provides a comprehensive service, including board reports and shareholder analysis, screening and targeting for underweight and non-holders as well as full logistics support for roadshows.

Our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team specialises in providing financial advice on change-of-control transactions in and around the listed company area.

Our Private Capital Markets (PCM) team at Peel Hunt focuses on advising unquoted issuers seeking capital from investors. The team leverages an expansive network of relationships and a global distribution network to provide efficient capital to our corporate clients.

Our Retail Capital Markets (RCM) team is made up of specialists who advise our Corporate clients on how best to structure, market and distribute primary shares.
