USS100m Accelerated Book Build Placing – PureTech Health

Peel Hunt acted as joint bookrunner on an accelerated book build placing of 45,000,000 new Ordinary shares in PureTech Health plc (representing 19% of the Company) at a price of 160 pence per Placing Share raising gross proceeds of $100 million, as announced on 13th March, 2018.
