Peel Hunt is delighted to have acted as Joint Bookrunner, Corporate Broker and Joint Financial Adviser to Ondine Biomedical Inc. on its successful £11m capital raise.

Ondine is a Canadian life sciences company, specialising in light-activated antimicrobial platform technology for the prevention and treatment of infections. The placing will result in the company being fully funded through to the end of H1 2026 with top-line results of the Phase 3 study expected to be published in Spring 2026.
