Peel Hunt is acting as sole bookrunner and underwriter to Mears Group PLC on its proposed placing of 6,787,331 new ordinary shares at 331.5 pence per Placing share to fund the initial consideration of £22.5 m for the acquisition of selected assets and contracts from within Mitie Group PLC ’s Property Management division, as announced on 19th November, 2018.
