Peel Hunt is delighted to have acted as Financial Adviser and Broker to Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited on its £109m Tender Offer.
Ocean Wilsons invited its shareholders to tender shares representing 20 per cent. of its share capital, to effect the return of a proportion of the net cash proceeds arising from the disposal of its interest in Wilsons Sons S.A. which had been sold to a wholly-owned subsidiary of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company SA earlier this year.
Ocean Wilsons is a Bermuda investment holding company listed on both the London Stock Exchange and the Bermuda Stock Exchange. Ocean Wilsons’ active business comprises Ocean Wilsons (Investments) Limited, an entity that holds an actively managed diversified portfolio of international investments.
