Peel Hunt, today announces three new hires to its Corporate team - Michael Nicholson as an Associate Director, alongside James Bavister as an Associate and Nicole MacDougal as an Analyst - in readiness for a raft of major regulatory changes due to impact the broking industry and corporate clients in 2018.
Michael joins Peel Hunt’s M&A team from KPMG’s Corporate Finance and Deal Advisory division, where he advised on a wide variety of major UK transactions.
James Bavister joins the Natural Resources team as an Associate from WH Ireland where he worked for six years advising on a number of transactions.
Nicole MacDougal, who is ACA qualified, joins the Corporate team from RSM Corporate Finance where she was an Associate.
