Peel Hunt acted as NOMAD and joint bookrunner on both a broker’s option of 2,173,913 new ordinary shares (raising up to £0.5m) and a placing of 15,217,391 new ordinary shares in genedrive at a price of 23 pence per Placing Share raising gross proceeds of c. £3.5 million, as announced on 16th November, 2018.
