Peel Hunt acted as joint bookrunner on an accelerated book build placing of 174,346,817 new Ordinary shares in Oxford BioMedica plc (representing 5.3% of the Company) at a price of 11.75 pence per Ordinary Share raising gross proceeds of £20.5 million, as announced on 9th March, 2018.
