Peel Hunt acted as joint bookrunner on an accelerated book build placing of 60,000,000 ordinary shares in TI Fluid Systems plc, representing c.11.5 % of the Company, on behalf of BC Omega Holdco Ltd (an entity indirectly controlled by Bain Capital) at a price of 262 pence per share, as announced on 12th September, 2018. Total value of the sale was approximately £157m.
