Accelerated Book Build Placing of Secondary Shares – Boku, Inc.

Peel Hunt acted as sole bookrunner on an accelerated book build placing of 25,000,000 ordinary shares in Boku, Inc., representing approximately 11% of the Company, on behalf of certain venture capital and other shareholders in the Company, at a price of 160 pence per Placing Share. The total value of the sale was approximately £40m and the transaction was announced as completed on 21st September 2018.
