Peel Hunt acted as joint bookrunner on an accelerated book build placing of 67,941,581 new Ordinary shares in IQE plc (representing 9.9% of the Company) at a price of 140 pence per Ordinary Share raising gross proceeds of £95 million, as announced on 10th November, 2017.
