Peel Hunt acted as NOMAD, joint Bookrunner and joint Corporate Broker on an accelerated book build conditional placing of 8,750,000 new ordinary shares in genedrive plc (representing c. 20% of the issued share capital) at a price of 80 pence per Placing Share raising gross proceeds of approximately £7 million, as announced on 5th May, 2020.
