Peel Hunt acted as NOMAD, joint Bookrunner and joint Corporate Broker on an accelerated book build conditional placing of 24,000,000 new ordinary shares in genedrive plc (representing c.37.9% of the issued share capital prior to the ABB Placing) at a price of 25 pence per Placing Share raising gross proceeds of approximately £6 million, as announced on 10th September, 2021.
