£67.5m Accelerated Book Build Placing of Secondary Shares – TI Fluid Systems
Peel Hunt acted as sole Global Co-ordinator and sole Bookrunner on an accelerated book build placing of 50,000,000 ordinary shares in TI Fluid Systems plc on behalf of BC Omega Holdco Ltd at a price of 135 pence per ordinary share raising gross proceeds of £67.5 million, as announced on 27th March, 2024.
