Peel Hunt acted as sole Bookrunner and Corporate Broker on an accelerated book build conditional placing of 26,666,650 new ordinary shares in Van Elle Holdings plc at a price of 25 pence per Placing Share raising gross proceeds of approximately £6.67m million, as announced on 9th April, 2020.
