Peel Hunt acted as Joint Global Co-Ordinator, Joint Corporate Broker and NOMAD on an accelerated book build placing (with a simultaneous Rex Retail Offer) of a total of 21,818,181 new Ordinary Shares in Volex plc at an issue price of 275 pence per share which raised gross proceeds of c. £60 million, as announced on 22nd June, 2023.
