Peel Hunt is acting as joint Financial Adviser and joint Corporate Broker to KCOM Group Public Limited Company on its Recommended £563m Cash Offer (to be effected by means of a scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006) from MEIF 6 Fibre Limited (a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (Europe) Limited), as announced on 3rd June, 2019.
