Peel Hunt acted as joint Global Co-ordinator and Joint Bookrunner on an accelerated book build placing of 25,000,000 ordinary shares in Watkin Jones plc at a price of 210 pence per share (raising c.£52.5m) on behalf the Glyn & Jennifer Watkin Jones 1992 A & M Settlement and the Watkin Jones Legacy Fund, as announced on 28th May, 2021.
