Peel Hunt is acting as sole Financial Adviser (Rule 3) and Corporate Broker to Hansteen Holdings PLC on its c.£500m Recommended Cash Acquisition by Potter UK Bidco Limited (a newly-formed company indirectly owned by investment funds advised by affiliates of The Blackstone Group Inc.) to be effected by means of a Scheme of Arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006, as announced 18th December, 2019.
