Peel Hunt acted as sole bookrunner, NOMAD and Corporate Broker on an accelerated book build conditional placing of 10,958,904 new ordinary shares in Restore plc at a price of 365 pence per Placing share raising gross proceeds of c.£40 million, as announced on 30th April, 2021.
