Peel Hunt acted as sole Bookrunner, Corporate Broker and Underwriter on an accelerated book build conditional placing of 8,034,840 new ordinary shares in discoverIE Group plc at a price of 415 pence per Placing Share raising gross proceeds of approximately £33 million, as announced on 17th October, 2019.
