Peel Hunt acted as joint Bookrunner on an accelerated book build placing (with a simultaneous Rex Retail Offer) of a total of 55,555,555 new Ordinary Shares in SigmaRoc PLC at an issue price of 54 pence per Placing Share which raised gross proceeds of c.£30 million, as announced on 23rd February, 2023.
