Peel Hunt acted as sole underwriter and sole bookrunner on an accelerated book build placing of 7,309,867 new ordinary shares in discoverIE Group plc (representing 9.96 % of the Company’s existing issued share capital) at a price of 400 pence per share raising gross proceeds of c.£29 million (to finance the acquisitions of both Hobart Electronics and Positek Limited) as announced on 16th April, 2019.
