£25.7m Placing and separate Rex Offer – Avacta Group
Peel Hunt acted as Joint Bookrunner and Joint Broker on a conditional placing of a total of 51,269,609 new Ordinary Shares in Avacta Group plc (with a simultaneous separate Rex Offer) at an issue price of 50 pence per Placing share to raise gross proceeds of c.£25.7 million, as announced on 29th February, 2024.
