Peel Hunt acted as Joint Bookrunner and joint Corporate Broker on an accelerated book build conditional placing of 5,410,349 new ordinary shares in John Menzies plc at a price of 290 pence per Placing share (which together with shares allocated to a separate Subscription and Retail offers) raised gross proceeds of c.£22 million, as announced on 12th May, 2021.
