Peel Hunt is acting as Joint Financial Adviser and Joint Corporate Broker to John Laing Group plc on its Recommended Cash Acquisition by Aqueduct Bidco Limited (a newly formed company owned by funds advised by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P and its affiliates) to be effected by means of a scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the UK Companies Act 2006, as announced on 19th May, 2021.
