£2,524m Recommended All-Share Offer for the combination of Barratt Developments and Redrow
Peel Hunt is acting as Sole Rule 3 Adviser, Joint Financial Adviser and Corporate Broker to Redrow plc on its recommended all-share offer by Barratt Developments PLC (to be effected by means of a scheme of arrangement of Redrow plc under Part 26 of the Companies Act) which values Redrow plc at approximately £2,524m, as announced on 7th February, 2024.
