Peel Hunt is acting as joint Bookrunner, joint Corporate Broker, joint Sponsor and joint Financial Adviser to SIG plc on a £165m proposed Equity Capital raise comprising an investment of £60m of new ordinary shares from CD & R Sunshine S.a.r.l and a £105m firm placing and placing and open offer of new Ordinary shares, raising collectively gross proceeds of approximately £165 million, as announced on 19th June, 2020.
