Peel Hunt acted as joint lead Bookrunner on a placing of (in aggregate) 52,430,914 ordinary shares in TI Fluid Systems plc at a price of 280 pence per share (raising c £146.8m) on behalf of BC Omega Holdco, Ltd (an entity indirectly controlled by investment funds advised by Bain Capital, LP or its affiliates) and William L Kozyra, as announced on 16th April, 2021.
