Peel Hunt acted as joint Bookrunner and joint Corporate Broker on an accelerated book build conditional placing of 96,555,000 new ordinary shares in Primary Health Properties Plc (representing 7.9% of the issued ordinary Shares) at a price of 145 pence per Placing Share raising gross proceeds of approximately £140 million, as announced on 9 July, 2020.
