Peel Hunt acted as sole stick manager and joint bookrunner on an accelerated book build placing of 28,101,162 ordinary shares in Kier Group plc (representing approximately 17.33% of the Company) on behalf of a syndicate of underwriting banks at a price of 360 pence per Placing Share (total value of the sale c. £101m) as announced on 20th December, 2018.
