USS35m Accelerated Book Build Placing – Sirius Real Estate

Peel Hunt acted as joint bookrunner on an accelerated book build placing of 58,333,333 new Ordinary shares in Sirius Real Estate Limited at a price of 60 pence per Placing Share raising gross proceeds of US$35 million, as announced on 20th March, 2018.
