Peel Hunt acted as sole private placement agent in relation to a private financing round for Trianz Digital Inc., a Silicon Valley based Digital Transformation consultancy, raising gross proceeds of $50m structured as senior notes with equity warrants. The capital was raised from a US-based hedge fund and the transaction closed on 22nd May, 2020.
