Peel Hunt is acting as Financial Adviser to Astro Bidco Limited (wholly owned by the WCAS Fund) on its recommended Cash Offer (effected by means of a Court-sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement) for Abzena plc of 16 pence in cash for each Abzena plc share (valuing the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Abzena plc at c.£34.4m) as announced on 16th August, 2018.
