Peel Hunt is pleased to be acting as joint financial adviser to Bakkavor Group plc on its recommended acquisition by Greencore Group plc.
The proposed transaction, which is structured as a cash and share offer, would see Greencore acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Bakkavor, creating a leading UK convenience food business with a combined revenue of c.£4 billion.
