Peel Hunt is acting as sole Sponsor, Rule 3 Advisor and Corporate Broker to Sportech PLC on the conditional disposal of its Global Tote business to Betmakers Technology Group Ltd for a total initial cash consideration of £30.9 million, as announced on 1st December, 2020.
