Proposal to Guarantee Obligations under Facility Agreements with JSC Gazprombank – Petropavlovsk

Peel Hunt is acting as Sponsor to Petropavlovsk PLC on its recommended proposal to guarantee the obligations of K & S, a wholly owned subsidiary of IRC Limited, under two facility agreements with JSC Gazprombank, as announced on 15th February, 2019.
