Princes Group - IPO

Peel Hunt is proud to have supported Princes Group in its IPO on the London Stock Exchange this morning.
 
This landmark transaction, the largest UK IPO since 2021, marks a further boost for the UK’s IPO market and underscores Peel Hunt’s experience in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
 
The IPO has raised £420m of primary proceeds (comprising a £400m base deal and up to an additional £20m greenshoe) at a market capitalisation in excess of £1.1bn.
 
Peel Hunt acted as Joint Global Co-Ordinator and Bookrunner for Princes Group on their admission to the ESCC category of the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market. 
 
Princes Group is one of the UK and Europe’s leading food and drink companies, dating back over 140 years, and is home to household names including Napolina, Branston Baked Beans and of course the iconic Princes Tuna.
