Placing of Secondary Shares – Ten Entertainment Group

Peel Hunt acted as joint broker on the placing of 17 million existing Ordinary shares in Ten Entertainment Group plc (“TEG”) representing 26 % of the Company on behalf of Harwood Capital LLP (and certain of its affiliates), Nick Basing (Chairman of TEG) and Graham Blackwell (Chief Commercial Officer of TEG) at a price of 180 pence per share (raising gross proceeds of £30.6 million), as announced on 4th October, 2017.
