We are pleased to announce three senior hires to its Corporate Broking division, to meet our growing client demand:
- Reginald Mills as Head of Private Capital Markets;
- Miles Cox as a Director in its M&A team; and
- Nick How as a Director in its Industrial/Support Services team.
Reginald Mills has over 35 years’ experience in private capital markets having held a number of major roles at global investment banks.
Miles Cox brings to the role more than 20 years’ experience in M&A and financing transactions for large cap companies in the industrials and manufacturing sector.
Nick How also has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance, with particular expertise in providing strategic, M&A and equity advisory to the boards and shareholders of growth companies
