Peel Hunt acted as sole Sponsor, Corporate Broker, Placing Agent and Intermediaries Offer Adviser to Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc on its IPO (admission to premium segment of the main market of the London Stock Exchange and admission to the Premium Segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority) having raised gross proceeds of c.£350m, effective 10th December, 2019.
