Peel Hunt acted as Sponsor, Bookrunner and Intermediaries Co-ordinator to ProCook Group plc on its IPO (admission to premium segment of the main market of the London Stock Exchange and admission to the Premium Segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority) having raised gross proceeds of £39.7m, as announced on 12th November, 2021.
