Peel Hunt is delighted to have acted as Joint Bookrunner to Meridian Mining plc on its successful £22.5m capital raise. Meridian Mining is a UK incorporated mining company focused on the development of its copper / gold Cabaçal project in Brazil. The Company announced its intention to dual list in the UK alongside the fundraise. The proceeds of the fundraising will be used primarily to fund development activities at the Cabaçal project.
