£9.1 m Accelerated Book Build Placing of Secondary Shares – Loungers

Peel Hunt acted as joint bookrunner on an accelerated book build placing of ordinary shares in Loungers Plc on behalf of Lion Capital LLP, Alex Reilley (co-Founder and Chairman), Nick Collins (Chief Executive Officer) and Jake Bishop (co-Founder and Commercial  Director) at a price of 215 pence per share (representing c. 4.2% of the issued share capital of Loungers plc) as announced on 10th December, 2020.
