Peel Hunt acted as joint Bookrunner on an accelerated book build conditional placing of 33,800,000 new ordinary shares in IOG plc at a price of 25 pence per Placing Share (which together with the proceeds of a separate Subscription for 200,000 new ordinary shares) raised gross proceeds of approximately £8.5 million, as announced on 23rd September, 2021.
