Peel Hunt acted as joint Bookrunner and joint Corporate Broker on an accelerated book build conditional placing of 9,250,000 new ordinary shares in Loungers plc (representing 10% of the issued ordinary Shares) at a price of 90 pence per Placing Share (representing a premium of 16.1% to the prior night closing share price) raising gross proceeds of approximately £8.3 million, as announced on 23rd April, 2020.
