Peel Hunt acted as sole bookrunner, sole Corporate broker and REX Retail Offer Co-ordinator to Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc on its Placing of 70,000,000 new Ordinary Shares to raise gross proceeds of up to c.£69 million at a price of 105.5 pence per New Ordinary Share (alongside a separate £4.9m Peel Hunt Retail Capital Markets “REX” portal Retail offer), as announced on 3rd December, 2021.
