£70m Accelerated Book Build Placing – Dairy Crest Group

Peel Hunt acted as joint bookrunner on an accelerated book build placing of 14,107,224 new ordinary shares in Dairy Crest Group plc at a price of 495 pence per Placing Share raising gross proceeds of c. £70 million, as announced on 23rd May, 2018.
