Peel Hunt acted as Joint bookrunner and NOMAD on an accelerated book build conditional placing of 77,945,627 new ordinary shares in Horizonte Minerals plc at a price of 90.5 pence per Placing share, raising gross proceeds of c.£70.5 million, as announced on 5th October, 2022.
