Peel Hunt acted as joint Bookrunner and joint Corporate Broker on an accelerated book build conditional placing of 26,143,500 new ordinary shares in On the Beach Group plc (representing 19.9% of the issued ordinary Shares) at a price of 257.5 pence per Placing Share raising gross proceeds of approximately £67.3 million, as announced on 22nd May, 2020.
